Breast Augmentation. I absolutely love my results!!! After being insecure for way to long, I finally decided to take the leap of faith and get breast augmentation. After scheduling consultations with many other surgeons I was completely won over by the experience I had at Lakeshore Plastic Surgery . Dr. Horn and his staff were absolutely amazing!! They were so eager to help and answer any questions that I had. The girls took there time with me when trying to decide on a cup size and most importantly, they were not afraid to make suggestions. My experience with Dr Horn was a great one. The staff is extraordinary, Monica the manager , the nurse, the staff in the front and Dr Horn himself. I had a breast augumentation surgery with him and they all spend so much time with me, to answer to all the questions and helped me to decide properly. I told him that I want a natural look and I am so happy with the results. Specially Monica, the manager, she is wonderful, she helped me so much during the whole process . It was a very good experience for me, I am still following up for post-op results and I would recommend his office anytime.

Breast Augmentation Having been teased as a teenager and through my adult life as having a boyish physique, I was always self conscious of my body but I wanted to wait till I was done having babies to do anything about it. Now that I have three beautiful children, I was left even more depressed because the small chest I had before was even smaller. And then I met with Dr. Horn and his staff. I could not have asked for a better group of people to ease me through the process and bring comfort to my heart. It was important for me to listen to my gut and I must say, (might sound like a cliche...) but they had me at HELLO! The proceedure was carefully explained to me and my questions were answered. Even the humiliating ones. Since my surgery, my confidence has improved incredibly. I must be the happiest woman I know. Dr. Horn truly has a gift of art and as for his staff, their kindness and compassion is completely admirable. I will definately refer anyone to Dr. Horn. Thank you, Dr. Horn and my sincere gratitude to your staff!

I was very worried about getting breast augmentation and a friend referred me to Dr. Horn.  There was not a long wait for an appointment.  When I went into his office, the staff was really nice and professional.  I spoke with the nurse first and told her what I was looking for and then I spoke with Dr. Horn.  What I liked is that they listened to the fact that I wanted a natural look, thus they recommended a certain implant size.  The surgery went smoothly and the recovery went great. Dr. Horn spent the time with me to really listened to what I wanted and I couldn't be happier with my breast augmentation surgery.  The only downsize is that they seem to try to push silicone-gel implants but I had done my research and requested saline implants.

A friend referred me to Dr. Horn for a breast aug. When I first walked into the office it was very nice and immediately one member of his staff let him know I had arrived. My wait was about 15 minutes until I got to see him. I did my homework before my appointment and researched everything I possibly could about breast augmentations. As I told him what size I wanted + my concerns of going into surgery for the first time, he smiled and really made me feel calm about the procedure. I immediately scheduled my surgery. Surgery went great and I went to my post-op the next day, once again short waiting time. A few months later I went in for my final follow up. I thanked him for being so kind and NON intimidating when I had first met him and for my perfect results. The way he responded made me feel like he really set out to make me feel better about myself. I am 1 year post op and I suffered NO complications (which is easy, just follow the boob rules he gives). I would recommend him and I have. Chicago has one of the greatest.
